Job Description
We're looking for a Software Development Manager to lead our GoCaaS team in delivering critical AI platform capabilities and mentoring engineers to deliver quality software efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering management or tech lead roles, and strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles
- Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise
- Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js with CI/CD and observability experience
- Leadership and project management abilities, including stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery
