Job Description
The Group Leader is responsible for planning group activities that provide a safe and engaging learning environment for the participants of the Stanley M. Isaacs Beacon program. The role involves supervising youth, delivering educational and recreational programs, and ensuring the safety of program participants.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED; Some college preferred
- Minimum of two years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience
- Must be knowledgeable and have prior experience successfully teaching and instructing youth
- Must have ability to work collaboratively
- Must have passion for the mission and demonstrated interest in the field of education and youth development
