Job Description
The GRCC Beacon Program is seeking a dynamic individual to work and maintain office services, including data entry, payroll support, and clerical functions. The position is part-time and requires a high school degree or equivalent, with some college preferred. The salary range is $18.00-$19.00/hr.
Requirements
- Assist with Data Entry
- Typing, Copying
- Assist with data collection for purposes of evaluation and reporting
- Assist in ordering and track supplies for the program and produce inventory reports as requested
- Keep track of enrollment
- Enforce program rules
- Know and enforce ALL emergency procedures and follow all safety guidelines associated with all program areas
