Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team at GOED.work, a specialized recruitment agency for mental healthcare and disability care. The successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably within healthcare, and will be responsible for realizing sustainable matches and monitoring and improving the recruitment process.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a recruiter (preferably within healthcare)
• Available for 36-40 hours a week
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• Strategic thinking and the ability to improve processes
• Proactive attitude, organizational sensitivity, and persuasion
• Stress-resistant and structured, with an eye for both detail and big picture
• Affinity with the healthcare sector is a must, involvement is a plus
