959- Data Architect

We are looking for a Data Architect with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to design and implement a cloud-native data warehouse or lakehouse using platforms like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Apache Spark, or equivalent.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related technical roles.
• Proven track record designing and delivering cloud data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Deep hands-on experience with medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) and associated transformation patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling (dimensional or star schema), and ETL/ELT design patterns.
• Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (i.e., Azure, AWS, GCP) and services like Data Lake, Synapse, or BigQuery.
• Experience implementing governed and scalable data pipelines within Fabric or Databricks environments.
• Familiarity with metadata management, data governance, and data lineage tools.
• Ability to balance strategic architectural design with practical implementation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
