Job Description
GoFundMe is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Developer to build and scale autonomous agents for fundraising, campaign optimization, and donor engagement. This hybrid role involves designing, deploying, and scaling intelligent AI agents in dynamic fundraising ecosystems. The position focuses on building LLM-based agents and multi-agent orchestration systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years hands-on building production-grade AI/ML systems
- Deep expertise in LLM agent frameworks (LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, etc.)
- Proven ability to architect agentic systems
- Strong Python/TypeScript skills and experience in microservices and distributed infrastructure
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), knowledge graphs (Neo4j, Graphiti), and RAG pipelines
- Enterprise integration expertise with RESTful APIs, A2A interoperability, webhook systems
- Production experience with cloud-native infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience with reinforcement learning
- Strong understanding of agent safety, bias mitigation
- Contributing to open-source agent frameworks or AI developer communities
- Experience integrating agent frameworks into real-world applications
