Job Description
We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain core IT systems, administer access controls, and monitor system performance. The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune, as well as experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in system administration, preferably in a business with global operations
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc), Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Proficiency in managing SaaS applications (Atlassian, NinjaOne, password managers, etc.)
- Experience with ITSM systems and ITIL principles
