GoGuardian is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead the company's strategy to accelerate and convert demand across all segments and channels. This leader will develop integrated marketing programs that align with sales priorities, build qualified pipeline, and drive measurable revenue impact.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience leading B2B demand generation
- Deep expertise in integrated campaign development, events and field marketing, ABM, and performance measurement
- Strong partnership skills with Sales, including experience building joint go-to-market programs
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bias for action and a willingness to be hands-on with execution
- Experience managing budgets and complex campaign portfolios
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
- Edtech industry experience preferred but not required
