Job Description
Goldbelt Heritage Foundation (GHF) is seeking a Youth & Education Program Coordinator to support their Youth & Education Department. This role involves overseeing youth programs, cultural education, mentorship, and community partnerships, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and fostering Indigenous knowledge. The position is 100% grant-funded and requires a commitment to continued funding.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of Tlingit cultures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, business administration, or related field (equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in youth program coordination, education, or community engagement.
- Ability to pass a background check.
