Sales & Operations Manager

Golden Pet Manufacturing is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of S&OP process, create dashboards, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service levels.

Requirements

• Develop and lead an S&OP process for pet food
• Create dashboards and measure KPIs for the organization
• Innovate and deploy tools that support continuous improvement within S&OP
• Work closely with Demand & Supply Manager on forecasts, WOH targets and aged inventory
• Create and manage capacity models for each category and present risks to leadership team
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization and service levels
• Coordinate and facilitate regular planning meetings with Supply Chain and executive team
• Communicate with planning and production about promotions, new products and launch timing updates
• Determine optimum inventory levels by item based on lead time, MOQs, sales history, and seasonality
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to ensure alignment and resolves any supply or demand issues
• Assist in the new product development process
• Becomes an ERP (NetSuite) superuser and assists with training when necessary
