The Nursing Clinical Care Lead oversees on-site clinical operations, providing direct nursing care, patient education, and administrative support. This role includes supervising and training of clinical staff, managing inventory, and ensuring quality patient care.

- Manages MA performance while empowering to foster an exceptional patient and staff experience.
- Oversees training on practice management, electronic health record systems, and company-established practices.
- Conducts skills assessments and provides feedback.
- Oversees pharmaceutical and vaccines inventory management and compliance.
- Assists with medical supply orders, including pharmaceutical and vaccines to maintain adequate inventory.
- Partners with site leadership to review and approve employee timesheets, time-off requests, and complete performance evaluations.
- Independently sees patients on the team schedule according to established protocols or in collaboration with other clinicians.
- Performs patient assessments within scope of practice and reports findings to the provider or RN.
- Participates in planning, implementing, and contributes to the evaluation of individualized patient care interventions.
- Maintains data to monitor site compliance with quality standards as required by The Joint Commission, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory agencies.
- Maintains compliance with patient safety, infection control, quality assurance, mandated reporting, consent, confidentiality, and established policies and procedures.
- Works closely with site leadership to review financials and ensure operations stay within budget.
- Addresses and resolves patient complaints and grievances.
- Assists in the development and implementation of nursing and patient care services, policies and procedures.
- Proactively assumes responsibility for continuous improvement activities.
