Job Description
Goldman Properties is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee and manage all tasks associated with the accounting cycle, reporting to the Accounting Director and providing leadership to the accounting team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus, not required)
- 3+ years of accounting experience, including some supervisory or team lead experience
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Comfortable using accounting software and Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting software, including Yardi and Excel
