Job Description
We are looking for a Team Assistant / Project Assistant Backoffice to support our partners and team in the organization, coordination, and communication in the daily routine of the law firm.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Secure handling of digital filing systems; DATEV experience is an advantage
- Very good expression in word and writing; high sense of responsibility
- Structured, forward-thinking, and meticulous working method
- Reliability, discretion, and teamwork; sovereign also in dynamic situations
