Job Description
We are looking for sales staff for our sales team in the tax department to support the management in day-to-day business and organizational and administrative matters. The successful candidate will learn our sales processes, CRM, conversation guides, and KPI and time management during the induction phase.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of structured sales
- Process discipline: Ability to reliably follow clear guidelines and workflows
- Fast grasp and high discipline; safe handling of performance pressure
- Calm, pleasant voice and error-free written expression in German
- Safe handling of common CRM systems and MS Office
