• Graduate from GOLFTEC University
• Utilize GOLFTEC technology to help people play better golf
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans
• Provide GOLFTEC services to students
• Maintain the Training Center environment and equipment
• Perform daily opening & closing functions
• Participate in continuing education
• Uphold GOLFTEC's core values
