Brand Director

GoMining is seeking a Brand Director to define, build, and scale their global brand. This role involves developing brand positioning, managing brand communication and activations, overseeing brand narrative, and building a team of creative, content, and community leaders. The brand director will also collaborate with growth, product, and executive teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior brand/marketing leadership in fintech, crypto, or technology
• Proven success in scaling brands globally and launching campaigns, partnerships, and ambassador programs
• Deep understanding of crypto culture and ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling stories
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional projects
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with measurable impact on brand and business metrics
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Genuine interest in Bitcoin, Web3, and financial innovation
