Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in liquidity management, treasury, or trading operations
• Proven experience with FX or crypto trading and basic understanding of hedging instruments
• Solid knowledge of financial markets, payment flows, and liquidity management principles
• Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills under time pressure
