Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or creative strategy roles (crypto, fintech, gaming, or Web3 experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling ad creatives that deliver measurable ROI
- Strong creative sensibility paired with analytical mindset
- Experience across multiple ad platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter, Taboola/Outbrain, programmatic DSPs, Unity, IronSource, Moloco, etc.
- Familiarity with Web3 culture, crypto adoption funnels, and community-driven marketing
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience managing designers, freelancers, and agencies
