Job Description
Good American is an inclusive fashion brand celebrating all dimensions of female power, offering quality and style in sizes 00-32. As an Associate Designer, you will support the creative team in executing seasonal concepts and product design across multiple categories, ensuring designs align with brand and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in fashion design or concept development.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of color theory, trend research, garment construction, and fit.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High taste level with a passion for design, and trend innovation.
