Key Holder - FASHION ISLAND

The Key Holder role is fashion-obsessed and client-centric, responsible for styling efforts, brand engagement, and supporting store operations. This role acts as a brand ambassador, driving sales and providing excellent client experiences.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment
• Experience within women’s apparel retail preferred
• Familiar with key retail performance indicators
• Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate
• Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
• Effective communication skills (both oral and written) in order to engage with client and team members
• Strong fashion acumen and ability to style clients
• Travel approximately 10% of the time
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
