Part time- Sales Associate - TOPANGA

Good American, a fully inclusive fashion brand celebrating all female dimensions, seeks a passionate and client-centric Part-Time Sales Associate/Stylist. This role is responsible for promoting brand engagement, providing styling advice, and ensuring exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations and driving sales results.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment
• Experience within women’s apparel retail preferred
• Familiar with key retail performance indicators
• Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate
• Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
• Effective communication skills (both oral and written)
• Strong fashion acumen and ability to style clients
• Travel approximately 10% of the time
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
