Job Description
Good Inside is seeking a highly adaptable and zero-to-one operator to own and execute strategic growth and ops initiatives. This is a ground floor opportunity for a hire who can prove impact from day one, focusing on growth, optimization, and scaling processes. The role requires building scalable tools and providing data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth ops, strategy, bizops, or consulting
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information
- Excellent story-telling skills backed by quantitative analysis
- Exceptional execution skills and detail-orientation
- Strong collaborator with product, marketing, finance, analytics, and engineering experience
- Confident influencing and communication skills
