The Director of People and Culture will lead Human Resources initiatives, aligning compensation and benefits with the school's culture and benchmarks, and ensuring legal compliance. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR
- SHRM and/or PHR certifications preferred
- Interface at the executive and/or board level preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
