Job Description

They are seeking a Customer Success Associate to guide their customers in the successful integration of their food robots. The role involves onsite support, training, maintenance, and building long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Completed culinary or craft training – or a comparable qualification
- Relevant work experience in the hospitality and/or hotel trade
- Good understanding of gastronomic relationships
- Passionate guest orientation
- High flexibility and willingness to travel within the DACH-region
