Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a hands-on role within operations, people operations, business operations, finance administration, legal operations, or a similar function
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is essential, with tech startup experience preferred
• Demonstrated comfort working in environments with limited structure, with experience in building, improving, or scaling processes
