We are building a new 4X strategy game and are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing engine and own the user journey from first ad impression to Day 3 in-game. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in marketing for free-to-play mobile games and a proven track record in user-centric product marketing, creative testing, and early-market validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing for free-to-play mobile games
- Proven success in user-centric product marketing, creative testing, playable ad design, and early-market validation
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels and the critical link between creative promise and early gameplay
- Solid understanding of campaign setup and optimization in Facebook ads, Google Ads, AppLovin and other standard networks in mobile marketing
- Experience with tracking and attribution systems (e.g., MMPs, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase)
- Strong analytical mindset with solid skills in Google Sheets/Excel, Tableau, or Looker
- Familiar with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and campaign performance evaluation
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; German is welcome but not required
- Experience with building and leading a marketing team is a plus
