Job Description
GoodHabitz is seeking a Lead UX Designer to lead by design and deliver exceptional user experiences across web, mobile, and beyond. This hands-on leadership role focuses on shaping UX and service design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for the user. The ideal candidate will guide stakeholders, mentor junior designers, and drive confident design decisions within a customer-centric framework.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience leading large-scale consumer projects
- UX portfolio showcasing impactful and large-scale UX solutions
- Deep expertise in service design and user research
- Exceptional collaboration skills and cross-functional partnership
- Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and EU accessibility laws
- Proficiency in Figma and AI-powered design tools
- Mastery in UX tools (Figma) and interaction design, prototyping, and best practices
