Goodlord is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in London. The role involves managing accounts, driving growth through strategic upselling and retention initiatives, and working closely with customers to understand how to improve key products and up-sell additional products and features.
Requirements
- solid experience in B2B account management and/or lettings experience
- proven track record of delivery of customer progression, and growth of those customers as a result
- energetic, creative and curious approach
- positive attitude, and ability to work well under pressure and problem-solve
- ability to communicate and educate customers through account reviews and other contact points
