Contact Centre Team Leader (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Contact Centre Team Leader to provide clear direction, guidance, and support to a team of 8-12 Referencing members, fostering a positive and highly productive work environment. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop others, with experience of managing a team of 8+ people.

• Ability to be an independent thinker who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo
• Understanding of the value of in-person collaboration and adaptability with stakeholders
