Job Description
Goodnotes is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their distributed team across Europe and Asia. The role focuses on optimizing cloud resources, automating processes, and improving development lifecycle efficiency. The team oversees Goodnotes cloud infrastructure and collaborates with other autonomous teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Mandarin
- Certifications in China
- Experience with a major cloud provider (AWS CN, Azure CN or Aliyun CN)
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (Terraform & CDK)
- Knowledge in CI/CD tools (ArgoCD, GitHub actions)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog)
- Expertise in Kubernetes cluster operating
- Knowledge of cloud storage, deployment, and computing (AWS)
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls)
- Good understanding of computer science fundamentals
- Robust software engineering practices
- Excellent problem-solving and storytelling skills
- Love of software craftsmanship
