Job Description
Goodnotes is seeking a talented Senior Graphics Engineer to join their Rendering team, focused on high-performance, GPU-accelerated ink rendering. The ideal candidate will contribute to the system by creating smooth and high-fidelity pen strokes, researching algorithms, optimizing performance, and collaborating with other engineers. They are seeking someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital note-taking and AI.
Requirements
- Significant experience with GPU programming (ideally with Metal and/or OpenGL/WebGL)
- Proven experience building or optimizing 2D vector graphics renderers on the GPU
- Proficiency in at least one systems programming language (C, C++, Rust, or Swift)
- Strong grasp of algorithms and performance characteristics
- Several years of experience working on deep technical problems in rendering or graphics
