The Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for planning, developing, and executing human resource strategies in support of the overall mission, vision, and objectives of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
