Job Description
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to join our team! The Outreach Specialist will work closely with individuals seeking assistance from Goodwill to overcome barriers to employment and meet their career goals.
Requirements
- Must have an assertive personality, outstanding oral and written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of diverse people.
- Must be self-motivated with the capacity to consistently work with a high volume of individuals.
- Must maintain participant confidentiality and follow the Certified Rehabilitation Counselors' Code of Ethics.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work and have valid driver's license and insurance and acceptable driving record.
