Job Description
Goodwill is seeking a Job Coach II to provide on-the-job coaching to individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time position focuses on helping participants work in the community, with the goal of securing competitive employment. The role involves providing career development support, social integration, personal counseling, and conducting administrative duties related to the participant’s job search.
Requirements
- Provides job coaching and promotes career development support.
- Promotes and facilitates social integration with supervisors/managers.
- Provides personal and career counseling and behavioral intervention.
- Performs work alongside participants for training and support.
- Maintains excellent communication with managers, supervisors, and employees.
- Completes administrative duties (statistics, progress reports, updates to program plans, mileage record, etc.)
