Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will assist in the overall store operations, including collections, processing, sales, financial management, and personnel oversight. Responsibilities include supervised work for store associates, maintaining store appearance, ensuring quality service, and adhering to store policies and safety regulations. The role requires weekend and evening/holiday hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, plus two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of training/post-secondary education).
- 2+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
- Must be able to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to perform basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
