Job Description
Goodwill Southern New England is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to manage the sales floor and ensure excellent customer and donor service. The role involves daily shop-ins, assisting customers, managing a team, and maintaining store operations. Hourly pay is $17.72 - $23.74, with potential for overtime.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED, plus one year related experience in sales floor supervision, cashier, customer service, or retail management.
- Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily, demonstrating a high level of integrity and business ethics.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
