Outlet Associate (Full-Time) - Franklin Road Outlet

The Outlet Associate assists the outlet leadership in reaching the operational goals of the site by functioning in various capacities within the outlet location. Some of the various duties an Outlet Associate performs include: cashiering, running and rotating the bins, moving furniture, sorting recyclables, accepting donations, and providing a high level of customer service.

• Maintaining cleanliness of the sales floor
• Safely moving furniture to the sales floor
• Assisting with customer furniture carry-out requests
• Sorting items from commodity bins
• Pulling full commodity bins to the staging area
• Meeting daily production/quality quotas
• Notifying leadership of certain items found
• Accepting donations and educating customers on Goodwill promotions
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Using heavy equipment
