Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of education
• 1-3 years experience in case managing clients, in assisting clients in securing employment, in staffing and/or talent acquisition or other related fields
• Career readiness, resume writing, or staffing a plus
• Client services, case management, or employee recruitment a plus
• Skilled in communicating verbally and writing effectively; skilled in organizing and presenting educational material
• Experience in workforce development and community partnerships is preferred
