Business Operations Finance Manager

We're seeking a Business Operations Finance Manager to join our growing finance team. This role focuses on day-to-day accounting operations, data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency within a fast-paced, multi-vendor marketplace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in spreadsheets and visualization tools.

Requirements

• Support monthly close under GAAP
• Partner with external accountants on reconciliations and tax compliance
• Assist with revenue recognition
• Work with engineering and data teams to improve data pipelines
• Build, automate, and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau
• Manage expense accruals, vendor payables, and customer deposit reconciliations
