Job Description
As a Central Strategy and Operations Lead, Go-To-Market for Google's Greater China and Korea (GCKR) region, you will act as a critical strategic partner to the regional leadership team and VP. You will help navigate a rapidly shifting landscape with high velocity and excellence, taking broad, ambiguous business problems and turning them into structured projects with clear plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategy and operations environment
- Experience building high-stakes narratives and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently
- Experience in structured thinking, storyboarding, and driving high-velocity execution in a global, matrixed organization
- Ability to synthesize complex data sets and translate findings into a compelling'so what' for a business audience
