Requirements
- 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field
- 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team
- Experience in executive recruiting, board placement, and talent management
- Excellent consultative and project management skills
- Ability to grasp new complex subject matter and understand new markets, areas, roles, and business initiatives
