Manager, Security Technical Program Management

Manage a team of Technical Program Managers driving security efforts for Alphabet Acquisitions and Bet companies, leading security assessments and design mitigation strategies to raise the security bar across Alphabet Acquisitions and Bet companies. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide technical direction and influence technical design, and recommend and oversee engineering solutions that address discovered security gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of cybersecurity and project management experience leading and delivering security programs.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership and people management role.
• Experience delivering security solutions and managing programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, and teamwork skills.
