Senior Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our Applied AI team and oversee the development of rapid prototypes for applied AI. The successful candidate will have 8 years of experience in software development, 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, and 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience with software development
• 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing ML infrastructure
• 5 years of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role
• 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role
