Job Description
The Software Engineering Manager II will lead the Agentic Planning and Memory team in transforming Google Workspace into a proactive digital partner. The role involves building next-generation agentic capabilities, designing highly available systems, and managing large-scale system designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- 5 years of experience in leading machine learning design and optimizing ML infrastructure
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
- 2 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques or related concepts
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role
