The role involves managing engineers, prioritizing team goals, and developing technical visions. The ideal candidate has 8 years of software development experience, 2 years of ML design and optimization experience, and 2 years of people management experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in software development
• 2 years of experience leading ML design or optimizing ML infrastructure
• 2 years of experience building and deploying recommendation systems models
• 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role
