Strategic Partnerships Development Lead, Search

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams, develop business opportunities, and present to senior management to drive business growth and innovation for Google Search.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships
• MBA or Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Experience leading cross-functional partnership initiatives with a significant impact on business outcomes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and building consensus
