Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Manager to support day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. The role requires 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, and a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Understanding of basic financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- English - B1 or higher
- Native Ukrainian speaker
- Ability to work with numbers accurately and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
