Job Description
Gorilla Commerce is hiring a Vice President of Planning to lead its Merch Planning and Inventory Management functions across its global operations. This role owns the full planning ecosystem — from category strategy and demand forecasting to supply-buy planning and purchasing execution — ensuring Gorilla Commerce’s marketplace and retail channels are planned with precision, efficiency, and agility.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations within consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce.
- Deep experience managing global supply and demand ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with advanced Excel expertise, including building complex models, scenario tools, and data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on approach balanced with strategic and analytical thinking
