Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for the performance, talent development, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience within the store. This role requires a motivated, adaptable, and results-driven individual with a passion for the brand. The ideal candidate is skilled in leadership, customer service, and operations.
Requirements
- At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Full-time hours, with open availability
