Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant

GoSaaS is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant to build and scale our Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) practice. This remote-first role offers the opportunity to shape our growth strategy, lead US and offshore teams, and drive successful client implementations.

Requirements

• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud SCM, guiding clients through the entire implementation lifecycle for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain & Financials projects.
• Partner with the Sales Solutioning team to develop and expand the Oracle Cloud SCM sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities and defining revenue goals.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the Oracle Cloud SCM practice in collaboration with Solutioning and Leadership teams.
• Build and lead high-performing, collaborative consulting teams across both US and offshore locations.
• Foster a knowledge-driven, collaborative culture within the practice to drive innovation and best practices.
• Continuously enhance our delivery model to maximize client value and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring successful long-term partnerships.
• Oversee on-time, on-budget project implementations, driving client success and satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, optimizing supply chain performance and efficiency.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering professional growth and expertise.
• Lead key design sessions and provide strategic direction for implementation teams.
• Manage and lead teams of 10+ professionals, ensuring seamless project execution.
